Ever since the Nintendo 3DS proved that you don't need bulky glasses to view images in 3D, smartphone and tablet makers have been systematically releasing their own glasses-free 3D devices with varying results. None of these, however, have incorporated the experience with console-like controls to play casual apps or streamed video games. That's where the WikiPad comes in, with its no-glasses 3D screen and attachable gamepad to give a more immersive gaming experience.

Our today's guest is Sony Ericsson’s Xperia Neo. This time of year is usually full of special offers and although the phone costs a bit less than €250 in stores, we got it for €1 by signing a contract with our telco. We did our homework well and this was the way to go as the same deal that cost us €400 on the internet would cost €530 if we bought it from the store. Our readers from Austria should probably read this as we managed to get our mitts on Xperia Neo and Orange phone number with free internet access.

Google and its Android partners had a lot to cheer about this Christmas.
In a tweet touting the holiday numbers, Google's Android honcho Andy Rubin said 3.7 million Android devices were activated the weekend of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

The HTC Titan is big for a smartphone, heavy and solid with a 4.7-inch screen, just under 10 millimeters thick. The back is rounded plastic, which feels fine to hold, though there's no rubbery texture to help your grip. There's a small button on the bottom edge that looks like it will allow you remove a piece of the back, but when you press it in, the entire back half of the phone comes off, giving you access to the battery and SIM slot.

When Apple announced the iPhone 4S, the company certainly talked up the improvements made to the smartphone's integrated camera hardware. With 8 megapixels of resolution, a redesigned lens, and enhancements to its software, it certainly meets or exceeds the needs of most casual shooters.
