You read it right: Stanford has a new project called Cure@PS3 while will allow for running the Folding@Home client on the PS3 (when it finally shows up).  It is anticipated the the processing power of the PS3 will provide 100 Gigaflops of folding horsepower, a level previously only possible with super computers.  The expected ubiquity of the PS3 console should enable Folding to expand to levels previously unthought of, and begin exploring entirely new avenues of protein simulation.
