I recently upgraded to an AMD64/nForce3 combo and found the ePox northbridge cooler fan a bit too loud.

I like to keep my PC on while I'm asleep so this was getting to me. The only northbridge cooler out there without a fan is from Zalman, and they state it can't be installed with their dual heatpipe gfx card cooler.

Looking at the contents of my zalman gfx card cooler package, I came up with an alternative, and it's from the gfx card cooler's spare parts.

Read about it here.
