Tried and tested

The 3D Rocket II has two fans, and four heatpipes.  It's of universal design, meaning that it will fit most modern Intel and AMD CPU sockets.  This CPU cooler is currently retailing at around the $60 mark.  Is it worth it?  Probably not.

ThinkComnputers.org have done some temperature tests on an AM2 based system.  Worst case they recorded a processor temperature of 47 Celsius, with the fans runnign at high speed.  Whilst this is adequate cooling, it's nothing more than that.

If you're after a new cooler, you would be well advised to look elsewhere.
