If you live in the UK, and you're after the new iPhone on release, but don't want to pay £300 for it, you're in luck! O2 have apparently won the deal to get the iPhone on contract to its customers when it is released.

Is this good news? Well, quite possibly. It means many of us have the opportunity to get hold of the new iPhone on a decent contract, and pay monthly, instead of having to cough out a large amount of money for it.

More at the BBC.

What do you think, UK customers? Are you going to get one of these on contract [if you can]? Or are you just not interested? Let us know in the forums.
