Downgrade from 1.1.1 to 1.0.2

Some iPhone hacks, at fiveforty.net have come up with a method for downgrading the firmware on an Apple iPhone. So, far they haven't worked out how to fix an unlocked iPhone, which has been bricked after Apple's recent upgrade release. But, they do claim to be working on this. So, anyone who has been left with an unuseable phone may be in luck.

They've actually come up with three different methods to try. You can find the details here.

Macworld are reporting on this here.  But, they claim to have semi-fixed a bricked iPhone, themselves. However, the instructions at fiveforty.net say that this not possible.
