{multithumb} (Image from Tweak.DK) Tweak.DK evaluate the performance of this heatsink: What makes the Thermaltake Max Orb stand out from others is the fact that it has 6 heat pipes. The heat pipes have been put together two by two, looking like 3 circles and thereby following the shape of the other coolers in the Orb series.
Read the full review at Tweak.DK: The following is included in the accessory box: - Mount for socket 775
- Mount for socket 754/939 and AM2
- Cooling paste / thermal paste
- Manual
- Folder with information about Key 3 Spirit
With a weight of 465g and 6 heat pipes, it’s obvious that Thermaltake has made a cooler that, on the paper, has what it takes to quickly remove a lot of heat. It’s going to be exciting to see if the Thermaltake Max Orb lives up to the expectations.
