AMD Sues Intel!

Digital Knight has clued us to a story over at groklaw regarding the lawsuit  by AMD against Intel alleging illegal practices.

So, what do you think?  Has Intel competed unfairly in the market to minimize competition from smaller manufacturers?  Does AMD have a leg to stand on in this case?  Is this really about unfair competition, or is AMD after something else?  Discuss it in the forums!

Update:  EU antitrust officials raid Intel!

EU regulators raided the offices of Intel and a number of PC-related companies early Tuesday as part of an antitrust investigation into the chip giant.  Read more here, then discuss it in the forums!
