Tom's Hardware Guide is reporting that Intel claims yeild levels in their 65nM process are roughly equal to the yeilds of their 90nM process.  This appears to be accurate, as other sources are also reporting that Intel is ramping their 65nM production rapidly.  If true, it means that Intel will be in a strong position to put pressure on AMD; Intel's new cores look to be performance competitive with AMD's stuff, and good yields from the 65nM process means that Intel should enjoy a significant advantage in production costs.
