A good father will do nearly anything for his daughter. In the case of Chuck Green, he'll take part in a brutal reality show that makes good use of his motorcross skills in order to raise money for the drug Zombrex. It's the only thing that will keep his daughter from turning into one of the undead herself after being bitten. The good news is that any infected person can stay healthy by injecting themselves every 24 hours. The bad news is that the drug is both rare and expensive.

An executive from the Netherrealm Studios, a game development company, said that Sony Computer Entertainment had already started to supply samples of its PlayStation Portable 2 platform to game developers. Apparently, PSP2 is "pretty powerful", but no other details were released.

Are we still embarrassed by so-called 'active gaming'? I know I keep the curtains closed during my nightly Wii Fit session. That said, I think it's a more acceptable social activity than we thought it would be a few years ago, and therefore it’s the right time for Sony and Microsoft to jump on the bandwagon.

The Nintendo Wii has enjoyed amazing success this generation, bridging the gap between hardcore and casual gamers. The low-cost console's innovative motion controls expanded the audience for games, and it looked as if Sony and Microsoft would never catch up in the United States. Both Microsoft and Sony ultimately decided that there's something to the whole motion control thing, however, and have announced products that will soon see them following in the Wii's footsteps.
