Sony have apparently released a GPS attachment for the Play Station Portable , according to DailyTech.  The device measures approx. 45mm x 41mm x 17mm and weighs approx 16 grams.  It plugs into the expansion port at the top of the PSP and secures via a thumbscrew.  It apparently has maps for Japan in the initial release of the software, and updates will be available via the network.  It will apparently retail for about $45 USD.

However, if you are willing to do a little hacking and don't mind having a GPS device that plugs in via cable rather than being attached to the PSP, then you might want to check out Deniska's GPS hack, and then run Deniska's Map This! software which apparently supports maps of pretty much everywhere.
