Another RS690 Delay

It appears that AMD is going to push the release of the RS690 back into early February , according to DailyTech.  The delay appears to be due to licensing issues with their HDCP implementation.  Apparently, the RS690 supports HDCP, but isn't specifically licensed for it, and AMD can't sell the chipset claiming HDCP support without the license.  While AMD pays a license fee for HDCP technology, the HDMI Extortion.....err, Mafia........err CONSORTIUM, requires additional license fees for each product that uses the technology.
