No, it's not an electric shaver!  The Sanyo DMX-HD2 is a very small sized high-definition video camera.  It can shoot video in the 720p standard and has a 7.28 mega pixel sensor.

The lens is a 10x optical zoom, the same one as found on its predecessor.  It comes with a base station which has an HDMI output.
