Banks chucking credit cards in bins

Many UK companies and organisations are being very slack with the public's personal information. Three of the worst offenders are Orange, NatWest bank (a.k.a NatWorst) and Barclays bank.

Internet based businesses generated the most complaints, and concerns have been raised over the way in which our internet activities are being tracked, by firms such as Google and Microsoft.

Even government departments are not taking privacy seriously enough.
